Arlington, VA—IDEA will be canceling its annual user conference, eBiz 2020, scheduled to be held this September. The IDEA team shares everyone's concern over the spread of COVID-19, so the decision was made to postpone the conference.
The eBiz 2020 User Conference was originally scheduled to take place September 14-16. We are excited to announce eBiz 2021 will be held September 13-15 at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles in Chantilly, VA. Keep an eye out for more details as the event gets closer.
IDEA understands our customers, colleagues, and friends look forward to the networking and learning opportunities eBiz provides every year. IDEA has been planning this conference for almost a year and is disappointed that we cannot welcome everyone to Virginia. But the health of our attendees, staff, exhibitors, and speakers is paramount.
IDEA will be contacting all registrants regarding registration refunds and hotel cancellations. Please be sure to cancel any personal travel arrangements.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing the IDEA community at eBiz 2021. If you need immediate assistance, contact Reina Munsch at rmunsch@idea4industry.com.
