08/27/2012 5:00PMSign-up to receive press releases.

According to Mexico’s national statistics agency, INEGI, the country’s trade balance showed a deficit of $427 million, a sharp contrast to the $601 million surplus recorded in June. This was a result of an increase in the deficit of non-oil products, which plummeted from a $1 million deficit in June to $960 million in July, as well as a decrease in the surplus of oil products. Mexico’s trade balance for 2012 thus far is $2.863 million.
