Inspection of all electrical installations to ensure compliance with NOM-001-SEDE requirements.
A trade environment that ensures equivalent, competitive access to markets through the elimination of barriers to trade.
- Collaborate with CANAME according to the memorandum of Understanding signed in November 1999, which outlines collaborative activities in the area of codes and standards, trade facilitation, and market-related matters.
- Work with ANCE staff and its technical committees to ensure that the proper processes are used to develop standards that meet the needs of customers in Mexico and the U.S.
- Organize and conduct technical seminars to provide information on a regular basis about NEMA members’ products.
- Collaborate with interested chambers, professional organizations, and technical societies to ensure that NEMA projects provide value.
