Nexans Wins Contract for the Supply of Fiber Optic and Copper Cables

Schneider Electric to Acquire Juno Lighting, Inc.
Schneider Electric's subsidiary, Square D Company, and Juno Lighting, Inc., have signed a definitive merger agreement that provides for the acquisition of Juno by Square D in a transaction valued at approximately $610 million. 7/1/05



3M Board Member Morrison to Serve as Interim CEO
Robert S. Morrison, retired vice chairman, PepsiCo Inc. and former chairman and chief executive officer of Quaker Oats Co., has been named interim chairman and chief executive officer of 3M, effective immediately. 7/1/05
