WHAT:            Lighting manufacturers, designers, energy advocates, and utilities have met and negotiated a comprehensive federal standard for outdoor lighting. This consensus proposal would, for the first time, establish federal efficiency standards for pole-mounted outdoor lighting products, which would generate significant energy savings.
