Small and Medium Manufacturers Forum (a.k.a. Small Business Forum)

Small Manufacturers Forum Group Image

Small companies have long provided the U.S. economy the job creation, research and development, and innovation essential for growth. Now, for a variety of reasons, small and mid-sized manufacturers are struggling more than they have in years.

NEMA’s Small and Medium Manufacturers Forum, held several times a year, provides small and mid-sized electrical manufacturers an excellent opportunity to get more detailed information about critical issues that affect their businesses, and offers a discussion forum to discuss and share best practices with other small manufacturers.

Next Forum:

The next forum will be held on October 28, 2011 in Washington D.C. immediately preceding NEMA’s annual meeting called Illuminations Weekend. The forum starts a 8:00 a.m. and is FREE to NEMA members. (Click here for background information on the Forum.)

Forum Highlights:

Participants will:

  • Hear the latest economic news from NEMA’s economist
  • Discuss legal issues facing your small business
  • Learn how to get more value from your investment in NEMA
  • Participate in an open discussion on human resources and other topics
  • Network with other small business presidents
Testimonial

"From my perspective I found the one-day session to be informative, productive and well worth the travel and time spent. I usually gauge the merits of a forum by the amount of useful and new information I take away. I rate this one very highly and look forward to the next one."

—Bill Russell, President and CEO, Eberle Design, Inc.
